Nanda here. How is your weekend going? I've been guided to re-share some powerful messages from past channelings that remain incredibly relevant today in a new series we're calling "Throwback Teachings"! This one comes from Yeshua, who's been very much present.

Yeshua says:

"Those are important and sometimes tumultuous days for many of you. So many have been feeling the energy shifts very strongly in their physical bodies, and it is all normal, dear ones. Take your time to rest, take your time to Be. 

In the vastness of you, time is of your creation. You can do all things within and outside of it. 

Throughout the unreality of the human Dream, so much is shifting, so much is changing and so much is being transmuted. Know that the Truth of you is always Divine. God is in the stillness of the breath, my dear ones. You can always find God in the quietness of the mind by focusing on your breath and allowing the Real Self of you to speak.

Sometimes the voice of God is so quiet it makes it hard for the human mind and ears to comprehend, this is but a call to go within and get even deeper in the immensity of You. It is a call for even more quietness, so the Ego Mind can give space for the nothingness that God can be. 

God doesn’t need approval, does not need understanding of the conscious mind. God only Is. It is Love and it is You. At all times. 

God doesn’t need to be labeled, does not need meaning. God is in and all around you, it is everything and everyone. No matter what.

The exterior might be showing signs of chaos, but as long as the interior is at peace, dear ones, Bliss is just a breath away from you. 

Quiet the mind, quiet the heart, quiet the body. Be present with yourself. Be present in the moment. Create from the Mind of God by only allowing the Flow of the Divine to become part of your day-to-day reality. 

You can be all things in Oneness. You can feel all things, experience all things, express all things. There is no separation for God is all there is. Stop trying to give everything a name and you’ll find so much more joy in the smallest of things, for they won't ever be small again. They are all. They are God. 

Show your Love. The love that you are is beautiful and unique to you. Your embodiment is a gift you give upon yourself, enjoy it! Enjoy the particularities of you, dear ones. Enjoy your perks and corners, enjoy the beauty of the Divine expressing through your body. 

Choosing a life on Holy Mother Earth in this particular era is a full-time job if you live within time at all, so if it is not loving to you: Opt out of time. You can live outside of time by simply accepting your Divinity, simply by seeing all as being One, simply by being the Love that you are. 

So choose love, dear ones. Choose to be the love that you are in all situations and you will see how much easier life on Earth becomes. 

Let the Flow of the Divine run through you, for you, with you, and just Be.

You are Divine beings of pure Love. That is your essence. In Love all things are right, all things are perfect, all things are Holy. That is the truth of you.

Try to see your Grace through my eyes if you cannot see it for yourself, my dear and beloved ones. See how much potential I see in each breath you take by just being you, you need do nothing at all. See how much beauty, how much Oneness, how much God I see in you. 

I am here to hold your hand for as long as you want me to or until your certainty is as strong as mine and beyond. For I would not ever want to be where you are not, even if it were possible. That is how much I love you. Please choose to love yourself the same.

You deserve love. You deserve caring. You deserve Oneness. So be that. Be the love that you seek, dear ones. 

Be the Love that you are in every situation, every time you are shown an option, every breath you take. In truth, there is no way around it, beloveds. You are always being the Love that you are. You only need awareness.

So be aware of the Love that is innate to you. Be in love with it. Be in love with Life. Just Be.
